Control Room
CAPE instructors guide the direction of each scenario from the control room using patient simulators, monitor drivers and other technologies. A one-way mirror separates the control room from the simulation room.
The control room is equipped with eight monitors that correspond to cameras in the simulation and conference rooms. The intuitive, one-touch audio/video control panel in the room is used to manipulate the cameras and microphones throughout the center.
The control room also houses CAPE's server and nonlinear video editing system for the recording, packaging and streaming of digital media.
